2014 Memories and 2015 Hopes

In 2014,  I will never forget when we read our colorful ABC rhyming word books to the wonderful little Pre-K kids. Our kid, Allen, was a sweet and shy little boy. His favorite letter was S. It made me feel very happy to see the enormous smile on his face. In 2015, I hope we do more fun, interesting lab stations. Hopefully, we will do one on the humongous Periodic Table and learn all of the interesting elements like Au: Gold or En: Einsteinium.

Life in 5th Grade

This year I have learned so much so far for example, the thosandths place in Mr. Oynes’ class, who really discovered America in Mrs. McFall’s class, ecosystems and life cycles in Mr. McBride’s classroom, multiplying three digit times two digit in Mrs. Brantley’s class, and new reading strategies in Mrs. Lobue’s class. All five teachers are very special to me because they will help me achieve my goal of being a chemical scientist. I’m also happy that I’ve been getting good grades. the most fun classroom I’ve been in is Mr. McBride’s room he makes learning very fun!

Willow Creek Home

In Mrs. McCurdy’s reading class we have been reading a trilogy of books.  We are on our 2nd book called Willow Creek Home.  These books are about a German family who comes to Texas to own farmland. There’s a little girl named Mina, a dad named Papa, and a lady named Lisette. Chapter two is named Seven Men With Clubs. In chapter two, Seven men met at Papa’s cabin in the early evening.  They decide to get a group called the Verein’s attention by bringing along clubs to get their food.  They left at dawn the next morning, clubs in hand, heading to New Braunfels to get their share of food.

This is the candlelight that Mina had went to sleep beside.

Drug Free Essay

I am drug free because I don’t want to think bad things.  Doing drugs can change my life.  Taking drugs can make me not suitable for the job I want.  I don’t wish for wrinkles above and under my mouth.  Drugs will also make me look older than I really am.
